Katy Hope is a San Francisco native. She graduated from Middlebury College in 2000 and spent 3 years working in nonprofit program management in San Francisco before earning her MBA from Harvard Business School. After receiving her MBA, she spent 9 years working in corporate retail in San Francisco at a Fortune 500 company, climbing the corporate ladder to Director level. She left corporate America in 2016 and graduated from Coach U with her coaching certificate in 2019. Katy is a member of the International Coaching Federation and is an ICF associate certified coach (ACC). She is a community leader in local nonprofits, currently on the board and 1st Vice President of the Northern California Chapter of the ARCS Foundation.
