loving what is by byron Katie
This book has you examine your beliefs and thoughts, and put in “The Work”, as Katie calls it, and you can really figure it out what is really true or is it your thoughts about an issue that is causing your pain. Katie walks you through her process of “The Work” to examine your issues and thoughts behind them and see if you can let your thoughts go, then can you be at peace with the situation or the way things are. This is a very zen buddhist idea of non attachment. Katie gives you the actual process to examine your problems, dig in, and then really let go.
