The Happiness Project:Or, Why I Spent a Year Trying to Sing in the Morning, Clean My Closets, Fight Right, Read Aristotle, and Generally Have More Fun
I loved this book by Gretchen Rubin. The Happiness Project follows Rubin over a year as she tries one new thing each month to increase her happiness and chronicles what happens. I loved that it was not only a book on happiness and how to be happier, but had really practical suggestions for how that could look in daily life. It also was very realistic in terms of some things working and others not. Rubin has had incredible success on the happiness topic, subsequently launching her Happier podcast as well as other projects.
